We were particularly pleased with the “whale’s tail”, ably constructed by Rick and Catriona Kemp. In case you missed it, here is a photograph (kindly provided by Nick Teage).
FOSP had a stall at the Stoke Fleming Horticultural and Sports Society annual show on Bank Holiday Monday. Prizes were given for the best overall score, the best darts score, the best shove ha'penny score and the best junior entrant. The overall prize was won by Peter Keil of Stoke Fleming, with a total of 100 points. Well done Peter! The other winners were:
Over £100 was raised on the day, for FOSP funds.
The 2018 AGM was held in St Peter's Church; 20 members attended. The Treasurer stated that FOSP would be applying to register with the Charity Commission this year, and an updated Constitution was adopted. A summary can be downloaded here.
